Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the SURCHI protocol, accessing the SURCHI Developer API, purchasing or staking SURCHI tokens, or relying on any content published in this documentation, on the SURCHI website, or in official SURCHI communications. By using any component of the SURCHI ecosystem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below.
Not Financial Advice
All content contained in this documentation, on the surchi.io website, in the SURCHI Telegram community, on the SURCHI X account, and in any other official or unofficial SURCHI communication is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in any SURCHI publication, signal output, strategy recommendation, AI inference, or developer API response constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Alpha Sentinel signals, market data outputs, and execution strategies are AI-generated intelligence tools — they are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
You should not make any financial decision based solely on information provided by the SURCHI protocol or its communications. Always conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified and licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
Investment Risk
Cryptocurrency assets, DeFi protocol tokens, and related digital assets are highly speculative and inherently volatile. The value of SURCHI tokens and any other assets you interact with through the SURCHI protocol can decrease substantially — including to zero — in a short period of time. Past price performance is not indicative of future results.
By participating in the SURCHI ecosystem, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You may lose some or all of the value of any assets you invest, stake, or interact with through the protocol.
- Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning.
- Liquidity may be limited at times, making it difficult or impossible to exit positions at desired prices.
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes.
Never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely. Do not invest funds that you require for essential living expenses, debt obligations, or other financial commitments.
Protocol Risk
The SURCHI protocol is software. All software contains the potential for bugs, vulnerabilities, and unexpected behavior. Specific risks inherent to the SURCHI protocol include:
Smart contract risk: On-chain programs may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds, unintended behavior, or protocol failure. While SURCHI is committed to rigorous auditing, no audit can guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities. Security incidents may occur despite best efforts.
AI inference risk: Alpha Sentinel, Liquidity Sentinel, and Execution Sentinel are AI models. AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. Signal confidence scores reflect model confidence — not guaranteed accuracy. Historical signal accuracy does not predict future performance. AI outputs should never be the sole basis for financial decisions.
Autonomous execution risk: Granting Execution Sentinel permission to act on your wallet introduces execution risk. While permissions are scoped and constrained, automated on-chain actions can result in financial loss due to slippage, market impact, failed transactions, or unforeseen market conditions.
Third-party protocol risk: SURCHI interacts with third-party Solana protocols (DEXes, liquidity pools, etc.) that carry their own independent smart contract and operational risks. SURCHI has no control over these external protocols.
Regulatory Risk
The legal and regulatory status of cryptocurrency assets, DeFi protocols, and AI-driven financial tools varies significantly across jurisdictions and is rapidly evolving worldwide. What is permissible in one jurisdiction may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in another.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the SURCHI protocol, purchase or holding of SURCHI tokens, and any related activities comply with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction — including but not limited to securities laws, anti-money laundering regulations, tax obligations, and financial services licensing requirements.
The SURCHI protocol does not represent that it is available for use or appropriate for users in any particular jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency or DeFi activities are restricted or prohibited access the protocol at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
No Warranties
The SURCHI protocol, developer API, documentation, website, AI signals, and all associated services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the SURCHI protocol and its contributors expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the protocol will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated signals or data outputs
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the SURCHI protocol, its contributors, developers, governance participants, and associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the SURCHI protocol or developer API
- Any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets
- Any AI signal, market data output, or execution action taken by the protocol
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or assets
- Any third-party conduct or protocol failure
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if SURCHI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This disclaimer does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Consult a qualified legal and financial professional before making any investment decisions.
