# Official SURCHI Communication Channels and Contacts

> The complete list of verified official SURCHI communication channels. Anything not on this list is unauthorized and potentially a scam.

Scammers routinely impersonate DeFi projects — creating fake websites, fake social accounts, fake support staff, and fake airdrops to steal funds from users who don't verify carefully. SURCHI is not immune to this. This page is the single authoritative source for every legitimate SURCHI communication channel. If a channel, account, or contact is not listed here, it is not official.

<Warning>
  If someone contacts you claiming to be SURCHI — or claiming to represent SURCHI — through any channel not listed on this page, **it is a scam**. Do not engage. Do not reply. Do not share any personal information. Do not click any links they send. Do not connect your wallet to any site they direct you to. Report and block immediately.

## What SURCHI Will Never Do

Understanding what SURCHI will not do is as important as knowing what it will. Use this list to identify scams immediately.

  <Accordion title="DM You First" icon="message-slash">
    **SURCHI will never DM you first** — on Telegram, X, Discord, or any platform. If you receive an unsolicited message from someone claiming to be from SURCHI, it is a scammer. Legitimate project communication happens in public channels, not private messages. Admins and team members may respond to your public messages, but they will never initiate a private conversation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Ask for Your Seed Phrase or Private Key" icon="key-slash">
    **SURCHI support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase** — under any circumstances, for any reason. No legitimate support process requires this. Anyone who asks for it is attempting to steal your funds.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Ask You to Send Tokens to Verify Your Wallet" icon="circle-xmark">
    **SURCHI will never ask you to send tokens to verify your wallet, claim a reward, or activate a feature.** This is a classic "advance fee" scam pattern. You never need to send crypto to receive crypto from a legitimate protocol.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Offer Guaranteed Returns" icon="percent">
    **SURCHI will never offer guaranteed returns, guaranteed profits, or risk-free investment opportunities.** All DeFi activity involves risk. Any account or message offering guaranteed returns in connection with SURCHI is fraudulent.

  <Accordion title="Ask You to Invest Additional Funds" icon="money-bill-trend-up">
    **SURCHI will never contact you to ask you to invest more money** — to unlock rewards, increase yield, participate in exclusive programs, or any similar framing. This is a common follow-on scam targeting people who have already been defrauded.
